Does not show bus number 4 that runs from merit street to Newport mall in Jersey City.

I loved this app. It was easy to use, had a great & readable interface, and the ads werent too intrusive. The latest version is trying to be a game --- earn points! Compare faves! --- and the flashing ads are very distracting. A lot less would be a lot more.

Its really excellent when it come to track the bus around the city, this app is very convenient comparing to others!!

Does not update accurately when service is late. Should tell expecting service within 3 miles

I use this regularly to get around town. I dont ride the bus often enough to have routes memorized, so moovit has been a big convenience.

Moovit is a very helpful app, but sometimes is difficult to navigate. I use it often, even if I will only use it to see how the T is running on a weekend. I especially like looking at the best way to get to a new destination.

I think it used to have a beacon marker on the buses so to know where they were coming... But still a great app!

Simple

Walked out the hotel door in Manhattan ready to follow directions to meet a friend at a restaurant a 10 minute walk away. This app got me to the first turn and then just stopped working and told me there was an error and it couldnt continue. I had planned to use it for the whole weekend, but after several fails, I was done. A real disappointment.

I really want to like this app. It has some great ideas, such as guided transit directions, notifications when your stop is coming, and being able to check route maps and schedules. Being able to report slow traffic, a late, or broken down, bus is also a killer feature as well. I also love that this has VoiceOver support! I work with blind individuals daily, and I often make app recommendations, and this is a huge plus, as many blind folks take public transit. Unfortunately, the layout of the app is a little cluttered. I think I would rather see just the bus lines, rather than the stops, in a list. It takes too long to check when your bus is coming, because it takes just a little too long to scan the page. The directions it gives is also very odd. This may differ depending on your city (I live in Minneapolis), but the directions had me getting off my bus too early and walking the remainder of the way, which is odd. I think theres a lot of great potential in this app, and I really feel like it could use some user interface tweaks, because a lot of times I just want to take my phone out of my pocket to check bus times.

If you relay on public transit - this app is a must! I live in Brooklyn and work in Manhattan and I dont leave the house in the morning before I check the app for my bus live arrivals and if there are any service alerts for my subway line.

I love this app is very accurate and I have never had any problems with it
