Very inaccurate

Have been using the app but the information in many case is inaccurate for buses and light rail. It feel more that they are getting a scheduled data feed rather than actual and then there is no good way to provide feedback when there is a problem or to update status. So it feel reasonably problematic... need to find another one! Not very intuitive as well... it feels that it was designed by non public transportation users.
