Enable English support in Israel

This app is not usable when I cannot understand its language, why does it default to Hebrew when in israel when I installed it in the USA and my phone is set to English. I do not speak or understand Hebrew and its pointless for me to just go around trying to match words in a foreign language to place and street names in English.

Additionally why this app is above 50MB when it still has to download lots of data is beyond me. Its barely usable on an iPhone 5.

Lastly, I got lost a few times since its not clear what route requires one bus or multiple busses. I have to manually click through each route to see what busses are listed rather than have that show up on the page listing options for routes. Google maps does this very well, unlike this app.
