Trains arrival time not accurate

If you are trying to go to work and catch every train on time make sure to not use this app. I was trying to go to DeLancey street and the train arrival time on this app said 3:29 PM. Since it was 3.24pm when I started to go into the subway, I did not rush, and it turns out the train arrives at 3:26 and left right at the time when I was arriving on the train platform..!
This app give rough timing arrival but not real time arrival, which makes it useless
