Moovit: Live Transit App - Bus, Train & Subway App Reviews

This app is pathetic... says a bus will be coming so I go wait at the stop. But when it gets down to 1min away updates and is another 15mins out... EVERYDAY!

25 years in NYC and riding subway every day to work. What is the best way to reduce the carbon?

We took a trip to New York and we were clueless as to how to get around. We started off using Uber and taxis and did a lot of walking. But this app shows you how to utilize the subway and the metro bus system. We saved a lot of money by doing this and I highly recommend the app to anyone!!

I live in NYC and am constantly trying new apps to help figure out how to get places. Unlike Google Maps, Moovit actually takes into account construction, closures, etc... It is definitely one of the better transit apps Ive used.

The app is alright as an idea but pretty much useless as an actual application. It demands an Internet access, constantly refreshes and therefore drains battery, shows unrealistic (simply bad) routes an fails to follow the travel in a subway. So, it doesnt do anything positive for except for it looks good. I prefer a local app that has none of the aforementioned flaws, but that one doesnt support major capitals, so if youre fine with Moovits doubtful work, it may be of help once youre an Englishman in New York.

It gets me to where I need to be. But sometimes doesnt list the best locations in DC to grab the nearest bus. Was on M Street and said closest bus was on Connecticut a block away but as soon as I left restaurant it directed me to a stop that was two blocks away as the quickest.

Fantastic .... use it every day! I am disabled and depend on local bus service. Now I do not have to just sit and wait, HOPING a bus will arrive soon, I now know when the nest bus is due to arrive!

Not totally accurate but pretty close!

I use the app to track busses when going to work or anywhere, really. This app is super useful for me especially the live directions. Its nice that it lets you know when youre 1,2 stops away. I definitely recommend this if you need to track the times of your bus or when you need direction assistance!!

I love this app but ever since the new update I get the same notification like 20 an hour about the same 2 buses. Please fix this cause I really love this app and its truly a lifesaver

It does a great job of seamlessly offering options that combine subway & bus routes. It also tells you which exit to take out of the New York City subway to reach your destination fastest...never seen that on any App!

This app is the best one that I have used. The choices are varied whether you walk, ride or cycle. It has the information for quick trips or longer ones including train schedules. Good travels- save the environment!

Very useful app for tourists. Works great in Rome although the timetables are not 100% correct ;)

Its awesome! I use it every day. Its great for estimating my travel and arrival time, I especially love how it alerts me as I near my stop. Its saved me from missing my stop so many times. Thank you, devs!
