Pretty easy

In the DC commute area it is rarely accurate. It is difficult to understand and the frustration is a topic of conversation in every bus stop line. Common frustrations and dislike for this app.

I have looked at several sites to learn how to do this without success. It seems the things I need to tap on aren’t on my screens. Spending more than an hour trying to correct this is a waste of time. ?

Screen direction is still showing not on bus, while gps tracker shows you are indeed on bus and moving. Then alert won’t notify you. This app is getting worst and worst as each update....

This app just became poop. Wth did you ppl do to the app ? Now I can’t even plan a trip. I had my favorite route for a bus and it doesn’t even give me options for a bus line. It shows me a biking route going from lower Manhattan to Staten Island. You can’t pick a mta line for ur trip planner. I want bus, not showing best route is to use uber.

I take the metro buses and trains and the time tables are accurate and i can plan my days accordingly getting to school and work. The metro app isn’t as useful as this one in my opinion. Love this app!

I love the integrations with NJT and other transit authorities. This app is very useful to plan my daily commute and find alternatives when my path is traffic ridden. The audible cues are also a nice with helpful reminders to get on or off the bus, or when the bus is approaching.

I have been using this app for a few months. It makes the buses way simpler
