Moovit: Live Transit App - Bus, Train & Subway App Reviews

This app is meant to be useful and it should be because you cant just look around all bus stations to see where your bus comes or assume that it will eventually come soon from when you arrive so this app is needed but the way it is made is horrible. I use this app in Israel so it may be that the busses are just bad here but it should work everywhere. They never get the timing right, it never shows you exactly how to walk to the station, it changes your route while you are already using it and most annoying it doesnt always know when there is construction. For example today I opened the app and it told me to take my regular bus stop. I went there and the whole place was closed for construction with no warning from the app. Im writing a lot because Im really really mad at the quality of this app and it needs to be fixed fast.

Good app with awesome features. IMHO, the best app to get information about the buses and trains in real time.

I live in Brazil and I downloaded the app so I could get a live update on buses, but its always unaccurate.

Very accurate

I just moved to Sofia 3 months ago and let me tell you, this app is everything! It has been extremely helpful to get around and get to know the city. I find its accurate, it shows me all the connections I wouldnt otherwise know about and it has made all the difference! Thank you soooo much to the Moovit team!

Many of my friends say this app is complicated. I find that the easiest and most accurate to use with the Portland bus system

I was late to a bus stop and missed two buses in succession. Moovit showed me that another line was going to a nearby stop in just 2 minutes. Woohoo! I got it :) My wife has had an experience where the times listed were inaccurate, however I think thats rare. That occasion was on a national holiday so understandably roads were probably clogged.

Suppper decent, tells me the time so I can get to the mall. Being a 16 year old who doesnt have a car, buses are the only way I can actually do stuff without begging for a ride from my ma or friends. Thanks bunches yall, keep up the good work.

I like it! Is the best

I have used Moovit in some cities and it is just perfect. Give you plenty of options, tells you when to leave and works perfectly well with timetables, automatically updated for metro/trams/buses... go for it!

The app itself is reliable and has a great interface with updates. Would recommend.

I like an app that thinks like me, is easy to use, and doesnt waste time with useless social media features. This is Moovit. A brilliant app for visitors and natives to Major cities.

Simple and accurate

Have been using the app but the information in many case is inaccurate for buses and light rail. It feel more that they are getting a scheduled data feed rather than actual and then there is no good way to provide feedback when there is a problem or to update status. So it feel reasonably problematic... need to find another one! Not very intuitive as well... it feels that it was designed by non public transportation users.

I love this app and its part of my day.

I keep typing in an address and all it takes me to is the airport please fix this :)

This app has made navigating LA very easy!
