My app no longer works.. I see the lines but zero information about departure times.. nothing... this used to be my favorite app and now Im just going to delete it ☹️ what a waste

Issue with connection. And the support is dumb and clueless

Used to really appreciate Moovit. Now it insists I have no internet connection and it is useless. Writing this review with my iPhone with "no internet connection". Please fix Moovit!

It works some times

I begin live directions and halfway thru the trip it stops and I need to restart live direction...why do the directions stop or disappear?! Not cool, not cool at all, this has cause me to miss a bus and/or Ive gotten lost...

The app was working fine then it just stopped. I keep getting a message asking me if I have an active internet connection. I do! Everything else is working. Spent about 30 minutes in my settings to see if something changed. Then deleted and reloaded the app, nothing changed! If there is a known problem why dont they just say something!?! Almost ready to Move away from this App. Not reliable as of today.

Use to use this app all on the time all of sudden it stopped working out of nowhere ? ... Please fix

Im not sure Ive written a bad review before... I used this app twice daily to get to work in SF but now Im constantly missing the bus. Either the app says the bus is still running when the line is done running for the day or I get an error message and cant view the times. Will keep checking back for fixes because the interface is just so much better than the competition but for now, Im done relying on this app to get me where I need to go.

Are used to love this app at the latest incarnation of it doesnt work it wont allow my phone to connect to the movies server even though itll download and start

For the past month I have no technical problem with this app (I might have even rate this app a good 5/5 star). But this past week, the app suddenly will not work using my mobile data (tried to uninstall/reinstall app, still has a technical glitch). Im using an iPhone 7+ iOS ver. 10.3.1

Whats going on, this hasnt been working the past 3-4 days ??? I rely on this app everyday ☹️☹️☹️ pleaseeee fix!!!

Much respect to the Moovit team, wicked new updates. The new interface is amazing much easier to navigate

Dont work

This app used to work, now it just says no internet connection as other people have said. Please fix!

Works in EVERY State. No problems and always on point! Save yourself the time & Frustration

I use this to see which connecting busses I need to take for one trip. The timing is just schedule based so its not true real time meaning I wouldnt rely on it 100%. Also, the priority of results is defaulted to the shortest ride time instead of time of arrival. I dont care if Im on the bus for 2 minutes less if I have to wait around 30 more minutes for the "express" route.

Never been easier to know when to get off at the right stop. Love this app!

Still working this morning, now stop working. Force close immediately after open. No longer reliable. Recommended using city mapper instead of this.

It shouldnt need to take four taps just to get to a new message from Moovit. One to open the app. One to open the menu. Another to open the message center. And finally another to open the actual message. Please streamline this app!
