clean, zen interface. user friendly. improve; need to know when next 2 or 3 buses arrive at their stop. update accuracy on bus arrival times.

i dont like the new interface at all. As a voiceover user, I find features such as live ride of accessing info about lines and stations not nearly as easy to access. Please bring back the live ride tab.

This app is so reliable and has been my new transport companion since I started university! I really like the easy navigation through the app and how you can track your route live with notifications to when youre arriving. Will be for sure recommending it to friends and family

Used this when we visited Rome. Made it really easy to see which routes to take and where to get off.

This app is really useful and have everything I will ever need but there is just one thing missed out, in the character selection there is no Chinese lady/gentlemen option, it might not be a big deal to most of thee user, but as a Chinese, I feel a bit left out, consider there will be a lot of Chinese ppl using this app. Plus there is even a Chinese metro option, why not Chinese characters?

Since the last update there is no obvious way to simply get the next departure time for a given route. This use to be simple. If its still there its hidden

Huge bug for departure time in this application

Since the last update, none of the bus schedules work. Unless you directly go to the bus schedules, its always wrong. Its 6pm, Im trying to get home and the itinerary I get is to take the 2pm bus. As long as this problem is not fixed I wont be using the app.

I was late twice in 2 days because the schedules they showed were wrong

Great and accurate!

Excellently designed app, but constantly glitches out or crashes. For instance, I enter a destination, exit the app, and the last screen is erased, requiring me to enter the destination again. Has a lot of potential, but requires major bug fixes.
